Turning your back to the wall, you make your way into the lush woodland. This is probably the better choice, you convince yourself.

Walking for what feels like miles, you scan every inch of ground, calling out to Anthony each step of the way.

What was that you just stepped on?

The low hum gets a little louder, and a small patch of ground beneath your feet begins to slide away.

As you fall through, the forest glitches; blinking, fizzling out, revealing a large metallic domed room.

The doorway seals shut as you are swiftly ejected into the blackness of space; floating ever further away from the sparkling-platinum mother ship.

You try to scream, but you know how the saying goes; in space, no one can hear you... It feels as though all the air is being pulled out of your lungs.

Through a window on the ship's side, you see your cousin, Anthony. His palms are pressed against the glass as he watches you in disbelief. Behind him, the red light blinks like a beating heart.

This is your final vision; your sight fades, blending with the blackness of space.
